Challenge
Specialists are able to tailor the creams to the customers’ needs. Creams are delaying or even reversing the aging process of the skin – including algorithms for image analysis and automatic classification of skin information. Ultimately, the algorithm could significantly help doctors and skin experts to track progress in the treatment of rejuvenating or regenerating the skin.
Solution
We used several tools to achieve our goals. One of them was the Django Rest Framework, used to design the backend API. To virtualize the design environment, we decided to use Docker. Moreover, we used Github Actions for automating building processes and tests. AWS is used as a cloud provider and the application in deployed on EC2. Cypress is used as a framework for automatic testing E2E. GlitchTip is used as a monitoring and error tracking software. The main purpose of creating the app was to share products which help every person feels enough and secure in their own skin.
