Holidale is a luxury vacation rental platform combined with an on-site property management. It gathers travelers, property owners and vendors. Holidale offers home-like experience with all benefits of a hotel, such as 24/7 assistance and own cleaning network. Its uniqueness lies in the quality of properties (all verified by the portal), repeatable experience and quick reaction time.
Holidale initially looked for designers to improve their UX ad UI, but based on business requirements analysis we figured out that it wouldn’t solve the problems.
The main issue was that the whole brand and platform didn’t represent the high quality of the properties and services offered, which are unique in the vacation rental market.
The main challenge was to make the client realize their unique value proposition for each target group - guests, homeowners and vendors. We spent many hours on the business strategy to make the marketplace platform stand out from the competition and communicate clearly its advantages
Outdated branding and web design didn’t go hand in hand with the luxury and modern vacation rental company. The website didn’t present apartments in an inviting way and work properly.
